meet the founder
Jace Young, our Founder and CEO, is a Western Kansas Farm Kid and Ex-Ag Banker turned Entrepreneur. He left his career in 2016 with two kids at home and no plan for the future. He just knew that he couldn't settle with his life the wayt it was.
From 2016 to 2018 Jace struggled. He continued to try and fail continuously until he launched his first successful 7-figure company, Legacy Farmer, in 2019. That business has averaged a 48% profit margin with a team of 3-4 people over the years.
In 2021, Jace launched his second company called AG Accounting Services which is well on it's way to 7-figures in only two years time with a 40%+ profit margin and a small team.
Over the years, Jace has had to learn the hard how to build a company from the ground up across marketing, advertising, sales, fulfillment, operations, everything...and has now created The Arena to share that knowledge with driven individuals who are going through the same journey of building and scaling a business to 7 figures and beyond!
